Q1. Are all products on the website available for online sale?

A1. No, items such as electric scooters, beds are not available online. All such items are marked accordingly.


Q2. How do I find out more about these products?

A2. You can CONTACT US by clicking enquire or by phone to 13 000 TCARE (13 000 82273). We can arrange in-home demonstrations for these products.


Q3. Do you sell items that are not listed in the website?

A3. Yes, we have access to many products in the healthcare field, so please feel free to enquire with your specific requirements.


Q4. Do you charge a delivery fee?

A4. Yes but freight free conditions apply, see PROMOTIONS.


Q5.  When selecting an item, can I choose a preferred colour, flavour or size?

A5. Yes, where applicable we have provided these options for you. Please note that all selections are made at the checkout.


Q6. How do I finalise my order?

A6. After you have added all your products to the shopping cart, perfom the following steps:

  • View the shopping cart at the top of the screen.
  • Where applicable select your preferences such as colours or flavours.
  • Choose your delivery type.
  • Read the terms and conditions and ensure you tick the box.
  • Click Update to finalise the order. You will be reminded if you have forgotten a step.
  • Click the Paypal button to make payment (there is a short delay).
  • Log into your existing paypal account (if you have one) or choose “Pay with a debit or credit card”.


Q7. How do I pay?

A7. We use Paypal to process payments. Even if you don’t have a free Paypal account, you can still pay securely using your credit or debit card through Paypal.
